Illuminated Brunette Is the Trendy Way Brazilian Colorists Are Brightening Up Brown Hair Like so many brunettes, I often find myself torn between loving the depth and richness of my natural color and wanting to brighten things up. And sure, any colorist can do that  with highlights , but I've found that highlighting darker brown hair can end up not so much in a brightened look, but in an unblended, high-contrast result. A color trend that's surging in South America, however, proves it's possible to brighten  brown hair  without that unnatural-looking contrast. The hashtag #morenailuminada (or sometimes #morenasiluminadas) — Portuguese for "illuminated brunette" — has become a hugely popular way to describe a gorgeous look colorists are giving their clients in Brazil. Taylor Hill Posted a Makeup -Free Selfie and Fans Love That She Didn't Hide Her Acne\ Taylor Hill has been open about acne, telling  Allure  in 2017 that she's had to deal with getting makeup-induced breakouts under control. But as anyone who has struggled with acne knows, even if something successfully clears up your skin, it may not stay that way — and you may not always be able to cover it up. We're so used to seeing the Victoria's Secret Angel in full-glam makeup, it's easy to forget that she, like so many of us, gets zits. Hill was happy to remind us of that on Instagram, though, and she looked absolutely gorgeous doing so. In a selfie posted on Saturday morning, Hill is seen drenched in sunlight that brightens her green eyes, lights up her long hair, and shines a literal spotlight on her makeup-free skin, revealing that she has several pimples in a cluster between her eyebrows.
